My thoughts are prayers are with you all.

Christmas is hard time for those that lost others and for those that wonder the world, not knowing where they belong.

How very thoughtful of you to start a thread like this.

I believe that a lot of what we carry around is grief for those people and things that we haven't yet let go of. I guess that's from personal experience. Anyway, here's a quote you can use anywhere you wish, as if you needed more . . .

"If you were once connected with someone, does it make sense that the connection is broken just because of a physical death? No, the connection stays. You may just have to listen differently. Surrounded by friends
yet all alone
the one I loved
God has called home

the hugs of friends
helps ease the pain
and I know my loss
is my loved one's gain

I have seen some wonderful people pass on to the higher level over the last 12 months but to see this thread in rememberence of all those souls is well, just marvelous Jan.

plasmawr, you are so right, we will one day re-join our loved ones.
In fact, I believe they are never far a way from us.
As abfantastic stated, ...we just need to listen differently...

They are all around us, we just need to open up and allow them in.

Someone once said...we are not a human being having a spiritual moment, we are a sprit having a human experience.

I guess that’s right really because we will all return to the better side when we have lived all of lifes experiences that are the lessons of life we have to learn.

Gosh that’s all a bit deep. Sorry.
