I joined almost 5 years and some forums ago. *lol* I haven't been active here lately because real life is a b*** but I know I can always come back here and that's what makes this place so special.

We still have bigger Buddy-chats on Yahoo once in a while and I often talk to Del, one of my first online and Antonio friends who knows how annoying RL is.

Easy for me to answer why I joined Buddies, 'twas because of the smashing Buds I got to know first, the lovely Camper, Mike, Duck, Angelica, Barbara and quite a few more.

I stay because it's a special place and it's great to be here x

I first heard of the buddies from a pal on paltalk,
and iv'e found nothing but friendly decent people,
no backstabbing, bitching, personal attacks etc etc.
its one of the best iv'e found because its so well moderated,
its a gooid place to be,

Hi Everyone i have been a member of the groups for some years now
Not been on here for a while due to personal probs
but i will say this that cat,cris,terri and all the rest of the buddies are great
and im part of the furniter too i think lol love to all xxxxxxx

P.S this is were my true friends are here on the big WWW,i dont bother with anyone where i live, just work come home and look after my family and when i have chance come here and read and relax xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

that's how i got here. cat made me join the yahoo groups. then i fell in love with everyone and just decided to hang around :) and now we own a website

I found this forum on a search engine but heard the name mentioned on another message board. I never thought for one minute that the posters would be as nice as they are. I was told they were nasty and clicky.
I joined because I was fed up of seeing the same names over and over , day in day out elswhere. Here you have people from all over the world who are long established members and yet its not clicky at all. Its more like I joined a very old established family. The people who joined to make themselves look important on other boards have ceased posting. I dont think this forum was nasty enough, or underhandedly sly enough for them. Its no wonder you have no need to ban people that often, dirt usually falls off boots when the bright sun shines through the window.
The decent posters however it seems, hang on in there. I intend staying and supporting you all.
