ok last one promise lol i didn't realize i had so many poems out and about lol i shoulda saved em and put in one each week but i wanted to get them all here safe and sound. might print them off and give em to my mom. maybe, not like she wants to hear about my non existent love life in verse lol.

Dreaming of You

You make my spirit soar
You put the smile upon my face
Every time I think of you
My heart begins to race

Stop acting like a child
Is what I tell myself
Then I look up and see
Your picture on my shelf

My mind begins to wonder
My heart begins to dream
The two of us walking
Beside a beautiful stream

The night is dark as black
But the moon is shining bright
The stars twinkling in the sky
I see you in the light

Your face is soft and tender
Your eyes say that you care
You take me in your arms
And we give in to love’s dare

Tenderly you kiss my forehead
Then you kiss my face
Oh, I could live forever
Wrapped up in your embrace

I might as well give up
No sense in fighting it

Then I hear the voice

aww that's sweet. thanks guys. glad you liked it. this was actually written a while back for i believe what we had for a valentines day contest on jandros website, which is now sadly gone. if i had known i would have copied down everything that was posted there.

i usually have to have a purpose for writing. that one was for someone special at the time :)
